Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using our online platform (the “Service”) operated by TopITHub (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

2.1. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and following these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

3. User Content

3.1. Some areas of the Service may allow you to post or upload content (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences of posting or publishing it.

3.2. By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service.

3.3. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to publish User Content you submit and that your User Content does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.

4.1. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of TopITHub and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Switzerland and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without TopITHub’s prior written consent.

5. Termination

5.1. We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5.2. All provisions of the Terms that should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

6. Governing Law

6.1. These Terms shall be governed and construed following the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes

7.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

7.2. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
